We issue a full refund for items that are returned in the original, unused condition within 14 days of shipment confirmation date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a return or refund.
How to Return

Please include a tracking number in your email to Customer Support, if possible.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for processing, and 3-5 days for a refund to be credited. You will receive an email from Customer Support once a return has been processed.
If an item is ordered with cryptocurrency, we will make every effort to return the funds in the same form of payment. Please make sure Customer Support has the appropriate information necessary to complete the transaction.
We do not offer direct exchanges or item exchanges for our online stores. You must place a new order for a different size, color, or item and initiate a return as defined above. The refund will be granted for our returned item as per regulations listed above.
